I was at the Self Checkout waiting behind a woman as she completed bagging all of her food. I watched as she went through the entire process ignoring the three cents sitting next to the scale. Of course I scooped it up when she was finished. I merely wondered how difficult it was to pick up the money sitting right in front of her.
